What the inquiry form collects

The only place this site collects personal information is the project inquiry form on the contact page. Its fields, exactly: name; email address; ZIP code or city; project type (a choice among new install, replacement, aerobic, conventional, lagoon, or not sure); and an optional project details text box. The form also contains a hidden field that ordinary visitors never see or fill — it exists solely to catch automated spam, and submissions that fill it are discarded.

What happens to a submission

  • It is transmitted to the site's inquiry-management service, which stores the submission and sends you an acknowledgment email.
  • It is shared with a local licensed septic installer for one purpose: contacting you about the project you described. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
  • It is delivered to the site's operator so a human can make sure your inquiry isn't lost.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
  • No analytics or tracking. No visitor analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no session recording.
  • No phone-number requirement. The form doesn't ask for one.
  • No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.

One third-party note for completeness: page typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers when a page renders — a standard delivery request that involves your IP address, as with any resource on the web. The fonts request carries no identifier from this site.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are kept while they're relevant to handling your project inquiry and for the site's own basic recordkeeping afterward. To ask what's stored about you, or to have it deleted, email info@texomasepticsystems.com from the address you submitted with; deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept to document that a request was honored.
